I received your information kit and it was great, but am I supposed to just use this 1 form?
The one form you received in your informational kit is just an example and when you decide you want to participate in the program, you can call us at 800-873-2686 and we can help you figure out how many order forms you will need us to send your way.

What are my payment options?

No personal checks or purchase orders

*When paying with an organization check or when paying by phone, your order will be held for up to 3 business days until the payment is cleared. All Check payments received grant us the right to process the check electronically (converted to an ACH debit entry).Any returned check may be collected electronically if it is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, including a 25.00 Service Fee.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped UPS ground

I received my order, what should I do next?

DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PACKING SLIPS! This will be needed to ship any replacement items.

Verify that the packing slip coincides with each of your boxes. If there is a discrepancy please jot down what you actually received.

To report a discrepancy, call us at 800-873-2686 or via email fundraising@popcornpalace.com.

What is your payment address?

  • Payments received before 3pm CST will be applied the same business day
  • You will receive an e-mail letting you know that payment was received
  • Please allow at least 10 business days after payment processing for warehouse processing and transit time
Orders will not be produced until payment has been received by Popcorn Palace.

What is my shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $8.95 minimum but once you reach $499 (amount due to Popcorn Palace), your shipping is free.

When I choose more than 1 flavor, are the flavors separated?
Yes, the individual flavors are separated by dividers.

May I order only one flavor?
Of course! Many of our customers order one flavor in their favorite tin size/design or in our resealable bags.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, with the exception of Canada.

How will I receive my order?
Shipments are made by UPS. Note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I keep my popcorn fresh?
For maximum freshness, please store in an airtight container away from heat and humidity. Recommended consumption is within 60 days from date of purchase.

I have a nut allergy. Is there any specific information I should review prior to ordering?
Our products are produced in a kitchen that also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk and soy. Please visit our Popcorn Nutrition Page.
